12/11/11

I am now 5 weeks into my journey. This has been a week I have been looking forward to the whole time. The first few weeks I have been able to adjust my diet in order to lose weight. This week, the workouts began. I was so excited to see this and looked forward to anxiously beginning them. I was able to do the first day and then another road block hit. I became very sick with some form of a stomach bug. I was unable to keep food down. Along with missing school a few days, I unfortunately missed workouts as well. Though I continued to lose weight, it was not the best method. Now that I am feeling better, I can't wait to start the workouts and continue them daily. I have lost 15 pounds in the first 5 weeks! I am thrilled with this start. Workouts should help my weight loss progress and I am eager to see how far I can take this journey.
